The Glendale Volunteer Ambulance Corps was incorporated over 33 years ago by
members that felt a need for medical assistance to fellow community members in Glendale,
NY.
Our Unit Number is 94-E (9-4-Eddie)
Currently we have over 50 members who volunteer their time for the better health of the
community.
GVAC Also participates in the Western Queens Mutual Backup System. Within this system
it allows neighboring Volunteer Ambulance Corps to help out in a time of need. Through
this system we assist these volunteer ambulances and their respective communities:
